Bill Grefe (BIO)

Cult following Director Bill Grefe has a career directing films, almost exclusively in Florida, for over three decades. Recently the subject of the documentary "They Came from the Swamp", he's best known films include Stanley, Mako: Jaws of Death, Impulse (with William Shatner), and Death Curse of Tartu. He also directed the racing films Wild Rebels and Racing Fever and did the second unit direction on the James Bond film Live & Let Die. He is an inductee into the Florida Film Hall of Fame and received a lifetime achievement award from the Florida Film Legends commission.
